Hello, I’m Sima
I’m a senior academic developer, educator and now an EdD researcher, interested in the messy, fascinating space where learning, teaching, scholarship and professional practice meet.
I’ve spent much of my career working with educators — thinking about learning, teaching, assessment, inclusion and professional development. I’m now turning some of that curiosity towards my own practice and becoming a researcher along the way.
I’m interested in the space between what we know, what we think we know, and what we’re still trying to work out.
This blog is where I’m going to explore some of that. This is where I’m thinking aloud about what I’m learning, what I’m questioning, and what I’m not quite sure about yet.
